If you don’t complain about being on The Cleanse does it still work?

LA where you hire someone to clean your house while you do a liquid cleanse.

I’ve lost about 50 lbs in the last two years. When I tell people this they often say they don’t remember me being fat. Then I think “Maybe I wasn’t that fat.” Then I see a picture like this. I look like just spent month’s trying to put Sizzler out of business by eating all anyone could ever eat.  This is one of those photos they show on Intervention after they show all the “He was a happy, cute, athletic, smart kid” pictures.
